Omelet (For Breakfast)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs well.
  2. Soak a slice of stale white bread in the new milk, mash it very finely, and mix it with the whipped egg.
  3. Season with pepper and salt, and fry in a pan with a little butter or fat. (Makes three good omelets. Time, about three minutes each.)
