Nureun-gae Salmneun Beop (Boiling a Yellow Dog)

Ingredients
- yellow dog
- bird yellow chicken
- bowl (sabal) clear soy sauce
- hop sesame oil
- vinegar-soy
- scallion juice
Instructions
- Feed a yellow dog one yellow chicken; after five or six days, kill and debone the dog and wash the meat very well.
- Put the meat with 1 bowl clear soy sauce and 5 hop sesame oil into a small jar and seal the mouth against steam.
- Double-boil from dusk to morning (or morning to evening).
- Serve with vinegar-soy and scallion juice.
