Ingredients
- garlic (maneul)
- peppercorns fresh Sichuan pepper (cheoncho)
- salt
Instructions
- Dig garlic in early autumn and pick fresh Sichuan pepper.
- Separate the cloves and add ~3 Sichuan peppercorns to each.
- Mix with salt and store as a chimchae; serve with fatty meat.
