Instructions

  1. When pear blossoms are in full bloom, wash 5 mal white rice clear, grind fine, sift through a silk sieve, make holed rice cakes and boil.
  2. While still warm, knead very vigorously by hand until no lumps remain.
  3. Mix in 1 mal nuruk powder, pack in, and use when ripe.
