Cake (Cocoanut)

Instructions

1. Beat the butter to a cream with the loaf sugar.
2. Add the yolks of 6 eggs, well beaten, then the whites whisked to a froth, then the flour.
3. When ready for the oven, stir in the cocoanut.
4. Bake for one hour and a half with paper over the mould.
