Savoury Toast

Ingredients

• 4 boned sardines
• 1 teaspoonful Worcestershire sauce
• saltspoonful cayenne
• oz butter
• hot buttered toast

Instructions

1. Pound 4 boned sardines with the butter, 1 teaspoonful of Worcestershire sauce, and the cayenne.
2. Spread on hot buttered toast.
