Iliju (One-Day Wine)

Ingredients
- doe good nuruk
- sabal (bowl) good wine
- mal water
- mal white rice
Instructions
- Mix 2 doe good nuruk and 1 bowl good wine into 3 mal water and pack in.
- Clean 1 mal white rice well, steam thoroughly; without letting the steam escape or the rice dry, keep it in a warm place.
- Brew in the morning to use in the evening, or brew in the evening to use next morning.
