Savoury Mixture (To Pour Over Meat)

Ingredients
- 1 ounce or more butter
- 1 tablespoonful made mustard
- black pepper
- cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoonful stock
Instructions
- Melt an ounce or more of butter in a stewpan.
- Mix in a tablespoonful of made mustard, a little black pepper, a little cayenne pepper, and a tablespoonful of stock.
- Beat well.
- Pour over a grilled chop or steak.
