Egg Silky

Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk or whole egg
- pinch nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.5 cup boiling water
- 0.5 wineglass whisky
Instructions
- Whisk the egg yolk, or the whole egg, very well.
- Grate a little nutmeg on it.
- Take a good teaspoonful of sugar and stir well together with the egg and nutmeg.
- Pour in gradually about half a tumbler of boiling water.
- Add half a wineglass of whisky.
