Ingredients
- 1 oz Nutmeg
- 1 oz Cloves
- 1 oz Mace
- 0.5 oz Thyme
- 0.5 oz Marjoram
- 0.5 oz Basil
- 1 oz White Pepper
- 0.5 oz Bay Leaves
Instructions
- Thoroughly dry all ingredients.
- Pound them fine.
- Cork well and store for use in forcemeats, pies, soups, etc.
