Ice (Strawberry Water)

Ingredients
- ripe strawberries
- 1 pint strawberry juice
- clarified sugar
Instructions
- Crush some ripe strawberries and strain off a pint of juice.
- Sweeten with sufficient clarified sugar, and freeze.
