Salad Dressing (Another)

Ingredients

• 1 cold boiled potato
• 1 hard-boiled egg
• 1 teaspoonful dry mustard
• 1 teaspoonful sugar
• teaspoonful salt
• pepper
• 1 tablespoonful oil
• 2 tablespoonful vinegar
• anchovy sauce

Instructions

1. Gather these ingredients: cold boiled potato; the yolk of hard-boiled egg; 1 teaspoonful dry mustard; 1 teaspoonful sugar; salt; a little pepper; rather more than a tablespoonful of oil; 2 tablespoonfuls vinegar; and the white of egg, chopped fine.
2. Mix like the preceding dressing.
3. Add a little anchovy sauce, if liked.
