Nasturtium Seeds Used as Capers

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Gather the nasturtium seeds before they are too hard.
  2. Keep them for a day or two with salt sprinkled over them.
  3. Put them into empty pickle bottles.
  4. Pour boiling vinegar over them and leave them to cool.
  5. When cold, cork closely.
