Patties (Oyster)

Ingredients
- potted oysters
- butter
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoonful cream
- puff paste
Instructions
- Take potted oyster, and mix into the liquid a good lump of butter, some salt, pepper, and a tablespoonful of cream.
- Put into little tins lined with puff paste, and cover with the same.
- Bake in a quick oven.
