Chiril-ju (Seven-Day Wine)

Ingredients

• 1 mal (first) + 2 mal (second) white rice
• 1 mal (first) + 6 mal (second) boiling water
• 1 doe + 2 doe good nuruk

Instructions

1. Wash and grind 1 mal of white rice; make a porridge with 1 mal of boiling water and mix in 1 doe of good nuruk.
2. After three days, wash and grind 2 mal of white rice; make a porridge with 6 mal of boiling water.
3. When cold, mix 2 doe of nuruk into the base wine and add it in.
