Gravy (A Good)

Ingredients

• brown gravy
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1 teaspoon maizena

Instructions

1. When the roast is well done, remove all the fat from the brown gravy.
2. Add half a cup of cream and a teaspoon of maizena to it.
3. Stir well, and let it thicken.
4. Serve with your joint — mutton, beef, game, or poultry.
