Instructions

  1. Take any meat -- beef, venison, springbok, and the like.
  2. Cut the meat in long strips about three inches thick.
  3. Sprinkle slightly with salt, pepper, a little coriander seed (bruised), and vinegar.
  4. Leave for a day, then hang to dry.
  5. When wanted, just soak a little and grill on the coals.
