Sauce (Melted Butter), for Fish, Etc.

Instructions

  1. Mix in the proportion of a teaspoonful of flour to two ounces of butter. Rub the flour and butter together in a saucepan.
  2. Add two tablespoonfuls of boiling water, or milk, which is better than water. If milk is used, less butter is required.
