Gaejang Goneun Beop (Simmered Dog)

Ingredients
- dog
- doe soy sauce
- jongji (small cup) sesame oil
- doe roasted ground sesame
- black pepper
- Sichuan pepper
Instructions
- Debone the ribs, offal, and meat, wash well, and put in a pot.
- Add 1 doe soy sauce, 1 jongji sesame oil, 1 doe roasted ground sesame, black and Sichuan pepper, and a little water.
- Cover with an inverted small lid; each time the water boils, replace with fresh water, about ten times, until very tender.
- Tear the ribs, slice the offal, and use.
