Cha-ju-beop (Spiced Warmed-Wine Method)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put 20 jujube pieces, 20 pine nuts, and 30 ground peppercorns in a bag; add 1 don of honey and cinnamon to taste.
  2. Set the whole bottle of clear wine in a cauldron with the bag, pour in water, and boil (a bain-marie).
  3. Set on in the morning, take out in the afternoon; when sweet, fragrant, and reduced, it is done.
