Curry (Vegetable)

Instructions

  1. Chop four onions and four apples and put them in a pan with a quarter of a pound of butter. Let them fry a light brown.
  2. Add a tablespoonful of curry powder, a little stock, and some salt.
  3. Parboil six large potatoes whole, cut them up, and put them in with the other ingredients.
  4. Cover the pot and let all stew gently for an hour.
  5. Vegetable marrow makes a very nice curry in the same way.
