Cake (Nut)

Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- lb white sugar
- lb hazel nuts or almonds
- tablespoonful finest bread-crumbs
- 1 teaspoonful baking powder
Instructions
- Mix the yolks of the 10 eggs with the white sugar.
- Stir for twenty minutes.
- Add the hazel nuts or almonds, ground, and the finest bread-crumbs or finely powdered biscuit.
- Lastly add the whites, well whisked, and the teaspoonful of baking powder.
- Bake one hour.
