Sauce (Horseradish)

Ingredients
- horseradish
- salt
- 1 teaspoonful vinegar
- 1 teaspoonful sugar
- 1 tablespoonful cream
Instructions
- Scrape or mince the horseradish.
- Mix with a little salt, a teaspoonful of vinegar, a teaspoonful of sugar, and a tablespoonful of cream. Good with cold beef or mutton.
