Instructions

  1. Wash 1 mal white rice clear, grind fine, make holed rice cakes, boil thoroughly and cool.
  2. Mash fine, mix in 3 doe nuruk powder whole, and knead vigorously with both hands.
  3. Pack in; after 3-4 days it is ready. When ripe it is like thick white porridge — mix with water to drink.
