Liqueur (Another Orange)

Ingredients
- 10 oranges
- 10 lemons
- 4 bottle Cape brandy
- 4 lb white sugar
Instructions
- Peel ten oranges and ten lemons very thinly.
- Put the peel on four bottles of good Cape brandy, and add four pounds of white sugar.
- Let it stand for eight or ten days, stirring every day, morning and evening.
- Strain and bottle.
