Ingredients
- watermelon (subak)
- winter melon (donga)
- chaff / rice husks (gyeo)
Instructions
- Fill a deep chest or large crock with chaff and bury watermelon and winter melon in it.
- Store in a room that does not freeze so they do not rot.
