Butter Biscuit

Ingredients
- 1 pint milk
- 1 pint emptins
- flour
- 1 pound butter
- 1 pint milk
Instructions
- Lay one pint each of milk and emptins into flour, in sponge.
- The next morning, add one pound of butter melted, not hot.
- Knead into as much flour as will, with another pint of warmed milk, be of a sufficient consistence to make soft.
- Some melt the butter in the milk.
