Soft Cakes in little pans

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds sugar
• 1/2 pound butter
• 2 pounds flour
• 1 glass wine
• 1 glass rose water
• 18 eggs
• 1 nutmeg

Instructions

1. Rub one and a half pounds sugar and half a pound butter into two pounds flour.
2. Add one glass wine, one glass rose water, eighteen eggs, and a nutmeg.
