To boil broad Beans

  1. Use plenty of water, and shell the beans only just before cooking.
  2. When the water boils, put in the beans with some picked parsley and salt, and make them boil up quick.
  3. When they begin to fall, they are done; strain them off.
  4. Garnish the dish with boiled parsley and send plain butter in a cup or boat.
