Ingredients
- potatoes
- egg yolks
- wine
- melted butter
- flour
- sugar
Instructions
- Boil potatoes, peel and pound them.
- Add egg yolks, wine and melted butter, and work with flour into a paste.
- Shape as you please and bake.
- Pour over them melted butter, wine and sugar.
