Chicken Chow Main

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the peanut oil until boiling hot.
  2. Toss in the noodles and fry until crisp.
  3. Remove the noodles from the oil and drain.
  4. Finely chop the pork and half a pound of chicken meat together.
  5. Add two tablespoonfuls of syou and one teaspoonful of salt to the meat mixture.
  6. Cook the mixture for ten minutes.
  7. Lay the fried noodles on a platter as a base layer.
  8. Place the vegetables and gravy on top of the noodles.
  9. Add a layer of the shredded chicken breast over the vegetables.
  10. Garnish with the crumbled yolks of the hard-boiled eggs on top.
  11. Serve very hot.
