To boil French Beans

Ingredients
- French beans
- salt
Instructions
- String the beans and cut them in two, then across.
- Sprinkle them with salt and stir them together.
- When the water boils, put them in and make them boil up quick until soon done.
- For very young beans, only break off the ends, break them in two, and dress them the same way.
