Fried Rice with Eggs and Herbs

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice and boil for half an hour.
  2. Cut up the pork very small and fry until brown.
  3. Add the finely chopped onion, the water chestnuts sliced thin, and the celery cut small.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and fry all together for ten minutes, taking care not to brown.
  5. Turn in the cooked rice and fry for five minutes.
  6. Beat up the eggs and pour them over the mixture.
  7. Stir and shake the pan constantly for five minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
