Fried Rice with Eggs and Herbs

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 0.5 pound rice
- 0.25 pound pork
- 3 water chestnuts
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoonful chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoonful salt
- pinch pepper
Instructions
- Wash the rice and boil for half an hour.
- Cut up the pork very small and fry until brown.
- Add the finely chopped onion, the water chestnuts sliced thin, and the celery cut small.
- Season with salt and pepper, and fry all together for ten minutes, taking care not to brown.
- Turn in the cooked rice and fry for five minutes.
- Beat up the eggs and pour them over the mixture.
- Stir and shake the pan constantly for five minutes.
- Serve hot.
