Shchi of Green Cabbage Seedlings

Ingredients

• 2-3 funt beef
• 2 onion
• herb bundle and root trimmings
• 2 funt green cabbage seedlings
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1/2 tbsp butter
• 1 lot dill
• 10-12 grains allspice
• 1/2-1 stakan sour cream
• 6 eggs or 1 funt eggs or pork sausages

Instructions

1. Cook and strain a fatty beef bouillon with onion, herbs and root trimmings.
2. Shred and scald the cabbage seedlings, drain and add to the broth.
3. Thicken with browned flour, boil, and serve with sour cream and eggs or sausages.
