Ingredients
- 1 cup biscuit powder
- milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 ounces sugar
- 2 ounces butter
- lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon rum
Instructions
- Mix biscuit powder with a little milk and two eggs into a batter. Add three ounces of sugar, two ounces of warmed butter, a little shred of lemon peel, and a tablespoon of rum, stirring to combine. Pour the mixture into a mould and either boil or bake.
