A Fine Fish Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 teacup walnut pickle
- 1 teacup mushroom pickle
- 3 anchovies
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Take one teacup full of walnut pickle, the same of mushroom ditto, three anchovies pounded, one clove of garlic pounded, and half a tea-spoonful of cayenne pepper.
- Mix all well together and bottle for use.
