Cinnamon Cakes

Ingredients

• 0.5 pound fresh butter
• 1 pound flour
• 0.5 pound sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3 eggs

Instructions

1. Rub the fresh butter into the flour and work them together well. Add the sifted sugar and pounded cinnamon. Make the mixture into a paste by working in the eggs. Roll out the dough and cut into small cakes using tin cutters.
