Another Sort

Ingredients

• 1/4 pint water
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 pound matso flour
• 2 white sugar
• 1/2 teacup milk

Instructions

1. Warm a quarter pint of water flavoured with a little salt.
2. Mix in the four beaten eggs.
3. In a separate vessel, combine the half pound of matso flour, two lumps of white sugar, and half a teacup of milk.
4. Mix all ingredients well together.
5. Bake in a tin.
