Scrambled Eggs (Japanese Style)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Break half a dozen eggs into a frying pan, stirring lightly with a knife.
  2. Quickly, before the egg begins to cook, add a tablespoonful of chopped green pepper, the juice of an onion, half a cupful of chopped mushrooms, and half a cupful of boiled rice.
  3. Toss all together quickly.
  4. Cook over a very slow fire and serve hot.
