Scrambled Eggs (Japanese Style)

Ingredients
- 6 whole eggs
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion
- 0.5 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 0.5 cup boiled rice, cold
Instructions
- Break half a dozen eggs into a frying pan, stirring lightly with a knife.
- Quickly, before the egg begins to cook, add a tablespoonful of chopped green pepper, the juice of an onion, half a cupful of chopped mushrooms, and half a cupful of boiled rice.
- Toss all together quickly.
- Cook over a very slow fire and serve hot.
