Blini with Soda

Ingredients

• funt buckwheat flour
• funt wheat flour
• glasses warm water
• tsp salt and sugar
• tsp acid (cream of tartar/citric)
• tsp baking soda
• funt butter
• butter, smetana, caviar

Instructions

1. Thin 1 funt buckwheat + 1 funt wheat flour with 4 1/2-5 glasses warm water, add 2 tsp each salt and sugar; beat.
2. With pans already hot, dissolve 1 tsp acid in 1/2 glass cold water and stir in.
3. At once dissolve 1 tsp soda in 1/2 glass cold water, stir in, mix and bake immediately.
4. Serve butter, smetana and caviar separately.
