Beer Soup, Another Way

Ingredients
- butylka (bottle) beer
- teaspoon caraway seed
- sugar OR treacle
- egg yolks
- croutons + curd cheese
Instructions
- Boil beer with caraway; grind sugar/treacle with yolks, temper with beer.
- Combine, heat to very hot without boiling; serve with croutons and curd cheese.
