Beer Soup, Another Way

Ingredients

• 2 butylka (bottle) beer
• 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
• 1/2 stakan / 2 spoons sugar OR treacle
• 3 egg yolks
• croutons + curd cheese

Instructions

1. Boil beer with caraway; grind sugar/treacle with yolks, temper with beer.
2. Combine, heat to very hot without boiling; serve with croutons and curd cheese.
