Fried Rice with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fat pork
- 2 cups boiled rice
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- salt
- dash cayenne
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Cut up the pork and fry until brown.
- Add the onion to the pan, then the tomatoes, salt, and cayenne.
- Fry for five minutes.
- Turn the previously cooked rice into the pan and fry all together for five minutes.
- Place on a hot platter.
- Beat the eggs with a tablespoon of water.
- Pour the egg mixture through a sieve into boiling water to create threaded eggs.
- Garnish the rice with minced parsley and the threaded eggs.
- Serve very hot.
