Fried Rice with Tomato Sauce

  1. Cut up the pork and fry until brown.
  2. Add the onion to the pan, then the tomatoes, salt, and cayenne.
  3. Fry for five minutes.
  4. Turn the previously cooked rice into the pan and fry all together for five minutes.
  5. Place on a hot platter.
  6. Beat the eggs with a tablespoon of water.
  7. Pour the egg mixture through a sieve into boiling water to create threaded eggs.
  8. Garnish the rice with minced parsley and the threaded eggs.
  9. Serve very hot.
