Celery Soup

Ingredients
- funt potato
- funt root vegetables
- bunch bunch of greens
- onion
- parsley
- celery
- handful dried celery greens
- stakan rice or pearl barley
- lemon
- stakan sour cream (smetana)
Instructions
- Cook and strain a broth from potato, onion and a bunch of greens.
- Finish as in No. 72 (celery soup with rice/pearl barley, lemon and sour cream).
- Optionally serve the cooked potato in the soup, reducing the barley to ¼ glass.
