Rich Unleavened Dough

Ingredients

• 1 funt wheat flour
• 1/2 funt butter
• 1/2 stakan water
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 egg

Instructions

1. Knead a stiff dough of flour, cold butter, water, salt and egg.
2. Roll thin in the cold, cover the pate, glaze, and bake from cold.
