Fruit Kisel from Maize Flour

Ingredients
- funt cherries or raspberries
- sugar
- stakan maize (corn) flour
Instructions
- Cook 1 funt cherries or raspberries, strain to 5 stakans juice, add sugar and boil.
- Stir in 1 stakan maize flour slaked in 1 stakan cold water, boil smooth.
- Pour into a wet mold, cool, serve with sugar and cream.
