Japanese Fish Balls

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the cold boiled fish with the rice paste until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls the size of large marbles.
  3. Coat each ball by rolling in flour.
  4. Heat the goma-seed oil to a boil in a deep pan.
  5. Toss the fish balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
