Croutons for Piquant Soups

Ingredients
- Polish bun (roll)
- funt butter
- funt Chester cheese
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Trim and slice the bun; hollow each slice and spread with butter.
- Fill the hollows with butter mixed with Chester cheese and cayenne.
- Bake in a hot oven until the cheese browns into a crust.
