The French Way of Dressing Spinach

Ingredients
- spinach
- butter
- pepper
- salt
Instructions
- Wash the spinach and boil until tender. Squeeze and strain it thoroughly, then press it in a towel until almost dry. Place on a board and chop as finely as possible. Return the chopped spinach to the saucepan with butter, pepper, and salt. Stir constantly and let it boil fast.
