Kisel of Dried Apples

Ingredients
- funt dried apples
- stakan water
- stakan sugar
- stakan potato flour (starch)
Instructions
- Boil 1/2 funt dried apples in 6 stakans water until soft; strain and sieve into a saucepan.
- Add 1/4-1/2 stakan sugar and boil.
- Stir in 1/4-1/2 stakan potato starch mixed with 1 stakan water, boil briskly, pour into a mold, cool and serve.
