Fresh Apple Soup

Ingredients
- sweet apples
- stakan sugar
- piece cinnamon
- lemon (zest + juice)
- ложка (spoon) potato starch
- stakan white table wine
Instructions
- Cook peeled, cored apples in water with sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest; thicken with potato starch.
- Add wine and lemon juice; strain in the separately cooked peel/core liquor.
