Fresh Apple Soup

Ingredients

• 12-15 (~3 funt) sweet apples
• 1-2 stakan sugar
• 1 piece cinnamon
• 1/2 lemon (zest + juice)
• 1 ложка (spoon) potato starch
• 2 stakan white table wine

Instructions

1. Cook peeled, cored apples in water with sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest; thicken with potato starch.
2. Add wine and lemon juice; strain in the separately cooked peel/core liquor.
